Some great additions to this salad would be blue cheese or Gorgonzola if you’re feeling cheesy.
Maybe even some candied walnuts, fresh blueberries, mandarin oranges or cranberries for an additional tangy bite.
This recipe came together in a flash because I have an abundance of strawberries right now. Whole Foods had a BOGO sale, and who could resist!? Not me.
When you purchase fruit and veggies that are actually in season, you not only save money but you get to enjoy them at their peak taste perfection!
The dressing I used for this salad was Brianna’s Rich Poppy Seed Dressing which you can typically find in the produce section.
