Peppers & Meatballs

Peppers & Meatballs: Just THREE simple ingredients tossed into your slow cooker or Instant Pot, served over rice, and Dinner is ready!

Three Ingredient Dinner

That’s it! Just three simple ingredients and you’ve got yourself a hearty, delicious, comfort meal.

Asian Meatballs in the Slow Cooker

I love to use an Asian BBQ sauce in this recipe. My favorite is Trader Joe’s Organic Sriracha and Roasted Garlic BBQ Sauce. It has the most delicious roasted garlic flavor with the spiciness of sriracha for the perfect amount of sweet heat.

If you don’t have a local Trader Joe’s, you can order it on Amazon:

Ingredients in Peppers & Meatballs

The three ingredients you will need for Peppers & Meatballs are:

  1. Frozen meatballs
  2. Frozen peppers
  3. BBQ Sauce

You can make things super easy by buying frozen peppers, or if you’ve got some fresh peppers on hand, you can use those, too.

How To Make Peppers & Meatballs

Friends, these could not be easier to make. Just place your frozen meatballs into your slow cooker or Instant Pot (use your slow cook function), then pour on the BBQ sauce, top the meatballs with peppers, then place the lid. Slow cook for 3-4 hours on low. THAT’S IT!
