Rosemary Honey Dijon Chicken

This slightly sweet and savory Rosemary Honey Dijon Chicken will quickly become a favorite in your home!

The Best Recipe for Chicken Thighs

Chicken thighs get a bad rap when compared to boneless chicken breast. I used to scoff at anything other than white meat chicken.

The truth is, chicken thighs quite often stay tender after cooking unlike breasts that can be overcooked very easily.

If you are nervous about cooking with chicken thighs, this is truly the recipe that will turn you around.

Not only are juicy chicken thighs perfect for this recipe, but the star of the show is the sauce.

Honey Mustard Chicken

Honey Mustard Chicken

This is not your average honey mustard chicken. This sauce is garlicky, herby, a little bit sweet and deliciously tangy.

If you don’t dip your finger in this sauce when it’s done, you’re missing out.

If you aren’t a fan of mustard (my husband HATES it, but he LOVES this recipe), I promise, you will not notice at all. It really just brings a nice smokey flavor to this dish.

How to Make Perfectly Roasted Chicken
