Easy Cheesy Goulash
Easy Cheesy Goulash: A quick and easy version of an old favorite – just 20 minutes to a warm, comforting, cheesy meal your family will love! Perfect for a cold Winter day!
As a kid, I always loved cooking. One of the things my parents always commented on was that I could take pretty much anything we had on hand and make a meal out of it. I still do that; it’s like a challenge to me and so fun!
This is how MY version of Goulash was born. To this day, my parents still request it when we are together and it’s not even fancy, y’all. You’re going to laugh at how easy it is, but I truly hope you get a chance to try it and that you love it, too!
Easy Cheesy Goulash Special Ingredient
Growing up, we always had boxed mac & cheese in the cupboard. You know the kind I’m talking about, with the little packet of powdered cheese? Yah, that’s the one! I know we weren’t the only ones because pretty much everyone I know is quite familiar with that blue and orange box. Even my hubs and his family – in fact, he actually prefers boxed mac & cheese to homemade!? We differ in this instance, but there is definitely comfort and familiarity in that little box of goodness.
So, you guessed it, this is my special ingredient. Not only is it great for mac & cheese, but obviously it’s versatile 😀
It also reminds me of another meal growing up: Hamburger Helper – Cheeseburger Mac!
You know I only try to bring you easy meals here, friends, so I truly hope you enjoy this one!
