- 1 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 6 cups Romaine Lettuce, or other crunchy greens like kale
- 1/4 cup Caesar Salad Dressing, Pick your favorite
- 1/4 cup Croutons
- 2 T Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
Salad
- Wash and rinse your greens, then chop everything up. I like to chop my lettuce into bite size pieces so I don't need a knife when it's time to eat!
- Place all of the greens into a big bowl or divide into two large salad bowls.
- Toss the greens with dressing in the big bowl, or add and toss in the individual bowls.
- Top with croutons and Parmesan Cheese.
Shrimp
- Heat a large skillet over med/high eat and add olive oil to coat the pan. When hot, add the shrimp, giving each piece it's own place - don't overcrowd. Cook each side for about 2 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from heat.
- Top each salad with shrimp.
- Marvel at your gorgeous salad, then dig in!
Notes
A great addition to this meal is a side of garlic bread!
