Sweet & Sour Meatball Recipe with Pineapple
I love the pineapple in this recipe – it’s perfect to add a touch of sweetness and a nice tangy-ness. It’s also the perfect addition to the red and green peppers. It’s like they were all made for each other!
How to Make Slow Cooker Sweet & Sour Chicken Meatballs
You can certainly use your favorite frozen meatballs, but I used ground chicken for this recipe. One the meatballs are made, you toss everything into your slow cooker and that’s it! It simmers in that yummy sauce for a few hours and once it’s done, you’ve got the best sweet and sour meatballs ever. I promise. We love to serve ours over rice.
