Did you know that the more you deny yourself something, the more you’ll crave it? It’s not your willpower, it’s science. So just go ahead and Eat the Treats and move on!

Not Your Ideal Weight
If restriction and overexercising are the only ways you are able to maintain a lower body weight, eventually your body will fight back. Your ideal body weight is the one that you can sustain by living a life FREE of restriction and FULL of joyful movement.
Same Moral Value
It takes some practice to lose the guilt that is associated with certain foods. Especially in a world that labels foods good and bad. What has helped me is finding other people who truly enjoy ALL foods like I do. The ones who get excited when you share a pic of your half eaten bagel, your pretty salad, your #nailedit desserts, and farmstand fruits & veggie finds.
