4-Ingredient Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
Yes, just 4 ingredients! My soft and chewy oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are packed with oats, bananas, shredded coconut, and chocolate chips.
Eggless Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
These healthy oatmeal chocolate chip cookies don’t use eggs, butter, or oil! Amazingly, just these few ingredients create a delicious soft and chewy cookie.
What to do with Extra Bananas
There are so many recipes using extra bananas in banana bread. If you’re looking for something new to do with those bananas, this oatmeal chocolate chip cookie recipe is perfect! Use ripe or brown bananas, both are fine.
Oatmeal Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies
The 4th ingredient in these cookies is COCONUT! If you’re not a fan of coconut, just leave it out and voilà! You’ve got yourself a 3-ingredient oatmeal chocolate chip cookie! How easy is that?
Should I Use Instant or Old Fashioned Oats?
Whatever oats you have on hand is perfectly fine! I’ve made these cookies with both and they are delicious either way.
Soft and Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
If you are not a fan of oatmeal cookies with raisins, this is your cookie! Isn’t everything better with chocolate? This is the best oatmeal cookie recipe in my opinion and I have a feeling you’ll love it too!
How to Make One Bowl Cookies!
All you need is one bowl to make these cookies! No fancy ingredients, a bowl and your oven, and in no time (20 minutes, in fact!) you’ll be pulling warm, soft and gooey chocolate chip cookies out of the oven. Mash your bananas, then stir in the the other ingredients; that’s all!
