4-Ingredient Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yield: 9 Cookies
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 Medium Bananas
  • 2 Cups Oats, Old Fashioned or Instant
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium sized bowl, mash bananas.
  4. To the bowl, stir in oats, coconut and chocolate chips.
  5. Using an ice cream scoop, scoop the dough onto the baking sheet. These cookies don't spread!
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on the pan for about 5-10 minutes. Then EAT!
  7. Store in an airtight container.
